Industry Partners
Partner materials such as the Executive Booklet and Presentation Slides will be available for download in the Partner Portal (login required) in the weeks prior to the meeting. Information from past meetings is available there also, including links to videos. We encourage Partners to log-in to the Portal early so that new accounts can be activated prior to the meeting. Please use your company email to create your account.
Hotel Information
Berkeley has a few hotels close to campus and many located slightly further in Emeryville. The Graduate, a boutique-style hotel, is less than 2 blocks from Thursday’s Plenary Session and the newly built Residence Inn in downtown Berkeley is closest to Friday’s Executive Session. An older historic hotel, by Bay Area architect Julia Morgan is the Berkeley City Club. For more options, please see visitberkeley.com.
UPDATE: The Bancroft Hotel located across from campus is currently undergoing construction and is not recommended.
Parking Availability
Although reserved parking for Thursday’s Plenary Session is no longer available, if you require an accommodation for parking close to the venue, please let us know in advance and we can assist. There are private parking lots as well as public parking and street parking surrounding the campus. Please see the full map of parking garages here. You can view detailed parking information & reserve a parking spot in advance on Parkopedia.
